Showroom Host / Receptionist

We are seeking an apprentice Showroom Host/ Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of Peugeot and Nissan business in Bromsgrove. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a friendly demeanour to ensure guests have a positive experience. Creating a positive customer experience is fundamental to our business and as such this role is a key hire for us. • Taking calls on behalf of our sales and service departments
• Locate the appropriate person they wish to contact
• Appointment management
• Maintain a smart and tidy appearance of the showroom
• Offer refreshments to any visitor / customer waiting in the showroom
• Daily Service CSI Follow up calls
• Daily Service and MOT date check
• Perform other tasks reasonably requested by the Dealer Principal
• Greet customers as they arrive and bid them farewell upon departure
  
  The following skills and experience are required or considered advantageous for this role:
- Proficiency in administrative tasks - Strong phone etiquette for handling customer call Customer service experience in a busy, fast paced retail or hospitality environment,
• GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
