Showroom Receptionist

We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our new Car Supermarket based in Watford (stocking 500+ pre owned vehicles). We are looking for a highly organised, collaborative and flexible person to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who loves systems, customer service skills, excellent written and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. What will you be doing?

• Handle inbound and outbound email/phone enquiries and direct customers to the relevant teams
• Ensure accurate records for parts, service and sales are kept and updated in a timely manner
• Ensure vehicle documents are scanned on our system for sales team and customers
• Process customer documents and trasnfer v5 ownership on sold vehicles
• Liaise with the sales team to ensure sales diaries are accurate and up to date
  
  Self-motivated with a commitment to deliver an unparalleled level of customer service
• Very strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal members of staff
• Excellent administration skills, Administrative: 2 years (required)
