Full Job Description

A Mobile Design Coordinator will use great organisational skills to ensure all of our Mobile Design Vehicles are fully stocked and arrange their whereabouts and day to day activities. They are responsible for the coordination of over 130 vehicles nationwide, as well as regularly liaising with our showrooms across the country. The Mobile Design Coordinator will regularly communicate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure all stock levels of mobile units are maintained. It is critically important the successful candidate have a fully valid UK driver's license along with a good understanding of Microsoft Office. Main responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with transport for assessment of drivers.
  • Book and organise collection and delivery of Mobile Design Centres to showrooms.
  • Support suppliers with orders, plans etc.
  • Order PPE, keep stock info and stock the Mobile Design Centres prior to collection
  • Liaise with external suppliers for after collection installs/repairs to vehicles.
  • Manage user profiles in Webfleet, including users ID card set up.
  • Review correct utilisation of vehicles using 3rd party online tracking systems.
  • Check marketing material for Mobile Design Centres and rectify
  • Prepare handover / recovery / post work audit documents
  • Support showrooms and designers with any queries.
  • Remotely troubleshoot issues with the van and/or IT equipment, escalate the relevant department if required.
  • Support with events and organise bookings.
  • In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood, and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document. What Wren offer
