SIA Door Supervisor

As a Door Supervisor with us, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of both patrons and staff during the lively Friday and Saturday nights throughout the entire year at Pineapple Inn. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular safety and security checks of the premises


• Verifying patron identification to ensure legal age for entry


• Effectively managing crowds during peak periods


• Responding promptly to incidents or emergencies


• Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons


Additional Duties:

In addition to the core responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for meticulous paperwork and record-keeping. This includes:

• Filling in Necessary Paperwork: Accurately complete all required paperwork related to incidents, checks, and other security-related tasks.


• Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records to ensure a comprehensive overview of security activities.
  
  We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:


• Preferred: Previous experience in security or loss prevention


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities


• Capacity to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
