SIA Door Supervisor

Ensure the safety and security of patrons and premises by monitoring entrances and exits
- Check identification to verify legal age requirements for entry
- Manage crowd control and handle any disruptive behavior professionally
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect any suspicious activities
- Collaborate with local authorities when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience of guests
- Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents and follow proper procedures
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential issues

Possession of a valid SIA DS/CP license is mandatory
- Ability to work weekend evenings/nights with flexibility for midweek shifts
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to upholding high standards of security
- Willingness to undergo company screening in accordance with BS7858:2019
