Full Job Description

You will work in the Commercial Marketing & Digital team supporting major projects with the delivery of the dressing, signage and wayfinding.,

  • Establish and maintain good governance across major projects
  • Ensure compliance with signage standards
  • Attend Weekly Signage meetings with key stakeholders
  • Maintain and update dressing, signage, and wayfinding standards as needed
  • Take ownership of the Signage & Wayfinding SharePoint.
  • Conduct weekly site visits to ensure compliance, stakeholder accountability, and quality control.

    The successful candidate must demonstrate strong multi project and stakeholder management experience, have a good understanding of brand protection, effective governance, an eye for design, exceptional communication, and organisational skills., Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects (internal/external), including budget oversight
  • Experience in managing the full delivery lifecycle of projects
  • Understanding of brand standards, with signage and infrastructure experience desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across all levels.
  • Fluent English language proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
