Full Job Description
- Carry out design and design production checks on Signalling designs as instructed (experience required includes but not limited to Locations, REBs, Scheme Plans, relay wires, level crossings etc.).
- Support delivery of Life Extension and Renewals projects.
- Assist in the preparation of technical details, specifications and tenders for Signalling projects
- Ensure technical and safety standards are maintained in all aspects of Signalling design work as instructed
- Discharge safety responsibilities in relation to CDM Regulations, Health and Safety legislation, company procedures and standards
- Perform duties as directed, from time to time, by the Design Manager in connection with Signalling Design activities
- Hold a IRSE Principles Designer (essential)
- Hold a IRSE Verifier license (desirable)
- Experience in railway Signalling design (essential)
