Signposting Receptionist for Teams Life Centre

As our Signposting Receptionist, your role is to welcome and help all visitors to the Centre. You will be a vital link signposting visitors to our support services and other community groups. We are excited to offer this new postr which will help us implement our future plans for a centre which is at the heart of the community ,meeting needs and improving quality of life for all.

This a a 3 year fixed term contract, working closely with staff and volunteers with particular emphasis on:-

• welcoming visitors into the Centre and settling them into their room, group or appointment



• taking bookings and answering the telephone



• performing digital admin tasks as required by the Centre Manager and holding an appointment diary for our Multiagency hub
