Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a Band 4 Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to the Simulation and Essential Clinical Skills Department within Barts Health. The post holder will be based atWhipps CrossUniversity Hospital Simulation Centre. However, the successful candidate will be expected to work at the other sites when requested. This is a face to face role with no opportunity to work from home.
· To provide secretarial/administrative support to the Simulation Team
· To be responsible for coordinating training courses
· To help maintain department's database.
· To continue to deliver an efficient service to meet the demands of this busy department including taking bookings and deposits using PDQ machine.
· To assist with mobilisation of kit to the clinical areas to support distributive simulation and running of console with support as and when this is required by the service
· To set up manikin and equipment required ready for simulation courses as and when required by the service
· Be familiar with all aspects around trouble shooting with AV/Simulation equipment
· Support training and quality assurance for all training within the simulation and clinical skills facilities
· To assist with workload generally requested within the simulation centre, including organizing/ setting up and clearing away hospitality for internal/external courses
