Our Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 27-month development journey, including up to 3 rotations across the business, that has been carefully designed to ensure you obtain the experience required for the career you want; whether you have aspirations of leadership, to be a technical expert or develop specialist knowledge, there are plenty of opportunities to be built from your first two years with us.

Structured to a very detailed level, you will be working to a plan and against a specific timeline to ensure that you meet the experience levels required to obtain not only chartership, but the foundation to build and excel in your area of specialism. The programme utilises a blend of learning methodologies which will deliver the depth and breadth of knowledge and practical experience. This is combined with robust programme management to track your progress together with structured personal feedback and a support system that will establish your success.

Our structured 27-month programme provides you with a broad range of experience and knowledge, allowing you to build the profession you want. If you have recently graduated or are due to graduate with a good Construction / Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or other construction related degree, want to take control of your future career and get stuck in with a leading building contractor, then we may be the right fit for you!,

  • You will be a team player, have fresh ideas and be prepared to challenge us and yourself every step of the way.


  • You will have recently graduated or are soon to graduate with a good Construction / Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or other construction related degree.

    You will join Sisk on the Early Careers Graduate programme in September 2025 and will complete a series of placements across the business (8 months with the flexibility to extend), supplemented by high-quality professional training to ensure that you develop a broad range of skills and experience.


  • It is essential that you are geographically mobile across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe, as it is expected you will be posted away from your home country for a minimum of one placement.
