Full Job Description

The post holder will provide support to speciality clinics, in the assessment and management of patients, liaising with the wider respiratory team and community services in the treatment and care of patients with tuberculosis.

They will also provide telephone support for patients and families with regard to appointments, home visits where appropriate and support at Out-patient venues.

The post hold will be required to have the ability to use computer systems for data entry, checking of patient's records, emailing and appointment services., You will need to be flexible and dynamic in your approach in delivering care to patients. The post holder needs to have good communication skills and be an effective team player.

This post is permanent part time.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and / or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
