Full Job Description
The successful candidate will work across the ward and coordinate patient care and take charge, supporting the Senior Sister. The successful candidate will have good leadership skills and support change. We can offer training and development both clinically and through leadership. You will need to have excellent clinical skills; knowledge and communication skills with exemplary high standards of care. You will be a role model for the team and will motivate and inspire others to be the very best they can be.
- Ensuring all staff are supported to provide high standards of quality care
- Completing clinical audits and using them to shape/influence improvement projects
- Complete rosters

- Be a vital point of contact for patients and relatives
We are looking for an experienced Nurse with specialist knowledge and skills in the care of patients with general surgery, colorectal, urology and breast conditions, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and staff who are passionate about high quality and innovative care. You will support the Management Team in the day-to-day management of the ward whilst supporting junior members of staff in the clinical setting.
