Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Outpatient team.

We are looking for a dynamic, organised Nurse who will possess excellent communication and change management skills, keen to develop newskills and services delivered through an outpatient setting and who enjoys working as part of a team.

Provide day to day leadership to the team, playing a key role in managing the environment of care and supporting developments as we expand our ambulatory care model.

To deputise for the band 7 Senior Sister in her absence.

The ability and means to travel between sites in a timely manner is essential.

This is a full-time post however job share will be considered.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
