Full Job Description
You will need to lead the team around the clock in the development of Critical Care by promoting excellence and having innovative thinking.
Adult Critical Care are looking to employ a motivated and conscientious senior nurse/ODP to join our friendly and dynamic multi professional team caring for critically ill patients and their families.
You will have a extensive experience in caring for critically unwell patients and their families. You will be an experienced operational leader with ability to prioritise and respond to planned and unplanned situations and ensure the smooth, safe and efficient running of the unit., You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure in what can be a stressful environment with complex situations.
