Full Job Description

As the Sister/Charge Nurse, you will lead a skilled team of SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy) nurses and Healthcare Assistants, providing safe, patient-focused, and holistic care. You will also play a vital role in enhancing care standards, leading by example, and using state-of-the-art treatments to make a tangible difference for patients.

  • Significant experience in Cancer/Oncology care.
  • SACT competency.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Previous management experience or leadership training.
