Full Job Description

The Luton and Dunstable Ophthalmology department have a vacancy for a trained Ophthalmic nurse to join our friendly multidisciplinary team in Ophthalmology. The Ophthalmology department is looking for a highly motivated nurse who wishes to contribute in providing high quality ophthalmic care to our patients. We are looking for a dedicated ophthalmic nurse who can make a difference with their dedication, expertise and aspiring leadership skills., As a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse you will be required to undertake a combination of clinical and management roles within the Ophthalmology Department. The role involves teamwork and the ability to communicate and work within a large multidisciplinary team. You will be need to be able to assess , plan and implement and monitor the provision of high quality ophthalmic care within the department .
