Full Job Description
- Provide admin support to the Management on site.
- Co-ordination of daily telephone calls, letters and e-mails to ensure they are dealt timely.
- Purchase order processing.
- Ensure necessary documents and correspondence are produced in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.
- Develop and maintain filling systems, including the distribution of information for meetings.
- General office duties to include but not limited to copying and preparing documents, office supply management and other clerical duties.
- Co-ordination of sites visits/ meetings
- Ability to develop and populate spreadsheets, collating information as necessary.
- Additional admin duties as requested.
- Ensure to carry out all duties safely and compliantly.
Excellent communication/listening, customer service and interpersonal skills. - Attentive to detail
- Good Knowledge of information technology especially Microsoft office.
- Administrative skills, i.e typing, coordination of management reports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi- task and Priorities in an environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive, confidential information on a regular basis.
- Salary : £14,999

Desirable skills
Experience with SAP computer system and accounting Principles.
