You'll find us partnering with local and national community groups, like Clontarf Foundation, Black Dog Institute, and Soldier On, in addition to indigenous groups and social enterprises, to ensure that our good work positively impacts and brings about sustainable change within our industry., We are seeking a Site Administrator who is a team player to join our Newcastle Inner City Bypass Project Team onsite and provide key administrative support.

    Working closely with Transport for NSW this project comprises of 3.4kms of four-lane divided road with interchanges at Newcastle Road, Lookout Road and the John Hunter Hospital precinct.

    Upgrades to existing connecting roads, pedestrian bridge and underpass are included in the scope of works to complete. This $450 million project will provide essential infrastructure to the Newcastle community.

    This role is vital to our project in ensuring we delivering to our client needs as well as being compliant. We will look to you in maintaining accurate record keeping to ensure management have immediate access to relevant records at all times. You will also :
  • Assist with accounts payable / receivable, processing orders and preparing invoices;

  • Manage various office duties including answering incoming calls, ordering stationery, office equipment supplies, and uniforms and keeping stock records;

  • Maintain and organise the repair of all office machines and equipment;

  • Effectively maintain all project registers and files;

  • Providing general administration support to the project working groups.

    To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Site Administrator preferably having worked in a construction based environment.


  • Your proactive attitude, ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to work as part of a team or independently will set you up for success in this role.

    High attention to detail and a strong work ethic will enable you to efficiently deliver key outcomes for the team. This is a brilliant opportunity if you are looking to further develop the skills you already have.
