Full Job Description

We have a vacancy for a receptionist/administrator, working with a friendly reception team. We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic additional member of staff to join our team, providing a high quality site administration and call handling service., To act as first point of contact for staff raising issues and concerns they may have regarding buildings.

To monitor and manage the Reception and CSU Estates inbox, actioning any requests and arranging repairs and maintenance as and when required through the use of Connect (NHS Property Services online Helpdesk).

To provide a high-quality site administration and call handling service.

To assist in the management of the day to day building and facilities management of Bennett House, having the autonomy to make decisions in the absence of the Estates Manager.

Also assisting with any day to day issues to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Fire and Security regulations.

Processing incoming and outgoing mail

Experience in a similar role is essential as you will be required to work autonomously. Full training will be provided.
