Full Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Site Administrator to join our team in Staines. You will support the project team to ensure the smooth running of the site, assisting with administration for construction, commercial, and technical stages.
What you will do:
+ Provide general administrative support (document preparation, printing, scanning).
+ Create and update workflows for site management.
+ Manage file organisation (manual and electronic).
+ Assist with financial documentation and month-end reporting.
+ Maintain office systems and procedures.
+ Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail.
+ Track project milestones, deadlines, and tasks.
+ Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage room bookings.
+ Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and team members.
+ Act as point of contact for project participants.
+ Experience in a construction environment
Essential:
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Experience with construction management software (e.g., Asite) is an advantage.
+ Strong customer service, communication, microsoft 365, attention to detail and organisational skills.
+ Proactive approach, committed to teamwork.
