Site Agent

I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor who are looking to onboard a site agent to help deliver a civils and infrastructure scheme being delivered in Warwickshire. As the site agent you will be the main point of contact on site and overseeing all site operations. Site agent responsibilities:

• Manage on-site works, keeping them on track with commercial goals.
• Ensure all work complies with specifications and standards.
• Completing risk assessments, and SHEQ plans.
• Lead daily briefings and keep everyone informed.
• Oversee and coordinate teams, including subcontractors.
• Keep track of project budgets and costs.
• Support your team by ensuring they have the resources and tools they need.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Ensure all inspections and tests are completed correctly.
• Manage procurement schedules and material orders.
• Work closely with the team to ensure resources are well-managed.
• Maintain a safe work environment with regular safety checks.
  
  Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card - White, Gold or Black.
• SMSTS.
• First aid.
• TWC or TWS - Desirable.
• Previous experience working within the water sector.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience operating as a site agent.
• IT literate.
