Join our Regional Civils Team as a Site Agent on our new Manadon Project in Plymouth where you'll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you. As a Civils Site Agent you will provide management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers & Foremen. What you'll be doing As a Site Agent you will:
- Oversee Sub Agents, Engineers and Foreman
- Set targets and KPI's in line with Project objectives and monitors performance
- Ensure site audits are undertaken and takes appropriate action on the findings
- Appraises improvement options and leads / instigates actions as appropriate
- Implements systems and processes to manage the quality of the constructive works
- Manage sub-contractors performance based on KPI's

- Previous experience of working in a Site Agent role
- Experience of working on a Civil Engineering/Highways Project
- Experience of managing a team and sub contractors
- Good stakeholder management
- Knowledge of NEC forms of contract
- CSCS/SSSTS OR SMSTS ticket
- First Aid.
