Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Site Assistant to join the established Site Team. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of duties including carrying out first line repairs and maintenance, lettings supervision, site security, porterage and some cleaning. The ability to work without supervision is essential.

  • This post is full time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year) on a shift basis. Hours may be variable to suit the needs of the job and include a split shift, AM and PM working pattern.

  • Experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance and security
  • The ability to manage your own time effectively and demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach
  • Experience of Health & Safety procedures and codes of practice
  • The ability to carry out first line repairs and maintenance
  • Experience of leading a team
