Full Job Description
The candidate must offer a degree of flexibility as required. Weekly hours are to suit the needs of the school., The Governors wish to recruit a Site Assistant to provide support to the school site staff to improve and maintain our site facilities. The postholder will support our commitment to provide a safe environment in which to work and learn.
- Have a general knowledge of site maintenance
- Have a general knowledge of health and safety issues in schools
- Be enthusiastic and committed to learning new skills
- Be a team player who can also use their own initiative, This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.

Pre-employment checks will be carried out in line with KCSIE Hours: 20 hours per week Term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks of the year) Contract Type: Fixed Term contract for 12 months due to external funding Grade: Grade B SCP 3-4 - £22,737-£23,114 (Pro-rata £11,203.05 - £11,388.81) (£11.78 - £11.98 per hour) plus a living wage supplement to £12.00 per hour payable from 1st April 2024
