Site Caretaker

This is a pivotal role for the right candidate to help support and enhance our learning environment ensuring a high quality of hygiene and safety is maintained.
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and reliable individual who will:
+ Undertake general caretaking and maintenance duties, e.g. changing lightbulbs, making repairs/improvements to school property, fixtures and fittings;
+ Ensure internal and external areas remain clean, tidy and safe;
+ Advise and collaborate with the Executive Headteacher to develop and improve internal and external areas of the both school sites;
+ Ensure stock levels are maintained on items such as cleaning products, lightbulbs and paints;
+ Undertake statutory health and safety checks and maintain all relevant records.

+ Be punctual
+ Communicate well
+ Have good teamwork skills
+ Be genuinely warm-hearted and contribute positively to the ethos of the schools.
