Full Job Description

  • Liaise with the Sales Team daily, monitor the preparation and handover schedules of new and used vehicles.

  • Ensuring the department runs smoothly and standards are maintained, to include showroom and forecourt displays. Manage all

  • brand CI requirements.
  • Manage all trade disposals ensuring the maximum price is achieved (dealer auction and auction). Take and upload images of all

  • trade cars for the relevant websites. Ensure full payment is made prior to release.
  • To check, inspect and test incoming stock and outgoing vehicles and complete appropriate paperwork, by following documented

  • procedures.
  • Ensure the sales department CSI score is at the required level for the business to earn maximum variable margin (2024 this is

  • 4.9).

  • A full driving licence essential

  • Good understanding of MS Office packages

  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

  • Able to work calmly when under pressure

  • Passion for the motor trade
