Full Job Description

We are now seeking a driven and technically skilled Site IT Support Engineer to join our on-site and global Infrastructure Support team. As an on-site IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the support and deployment of infrastructure, network, and desktop systems for 1000+ employees on-site. You get the chance to support projects for wider groups in the business such as Infrastructure, Network, and Business Inventory control projects, whilst also offering support to VIP clients. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a busy office/manufacturing environment and is able to provide quality service whilst building rapport with stakeholders.,

  • Working on application deployments and project rollouts for clients' devices
  • Client imaging and User support
  • Active Directory and O365 support
  • Print Service and video conferencing support
  • Client patching and Service Desk Support, handling tickets via our Global Ticketing system
  • Working collaboratively with others as part of a global team
  • Willingness to coordinate team activities and set priorities
  • Working on site 5 days per week for on-hand client support

    Industry and hands-on experience in IT Support focusing on client devices, infrastructure, and networks
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Office365
  • Great Teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be proactive and have a hands-on approach to your work
  • Organised with great time management skills
  • Process and documentation focused
  • Microsoft Certified
  • Ability to work on-site in Stockport 37.5 hours per week
