Site Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a focus on the internal fit out of BTR apartments on a fast-paced development. From first fix through to snagging out and handing over the completed units on time and to a high standard. Reporting directly to the Project Director, the role of the Site Manager will encompass full responsibility for the completion of the internal fit out of one of the high-rise blocks (or section of) on our Renshaw Yard Development, working alongside a team of other site managers and M&E Manager.
What you will do:
+ The completion to a high standard of the internal fit out of apartments and communal areas within a high-rise development.
+ Responsible as part of the build team for Health, Safety and Environmental issues site wide. Including but not limited to site inductions, toolbox talks, appraising subcontractor RAMS, and ensuring all company H&S procedures are adhered to on site.
+ Responsible for ensuring company Q.A procedures are adhered to in a timely manner.
+ Communication with other company departments including commercial, health and safety and design.
+ Communication with subcontractors including chairing site progress meetings and ensuring meeting records are issued.
+ Responsibility for ensuring subcontractors maintain programme and the ability to identify potential problems on site that could impact programme.

If you are an experienced, driven, and ambitious Site Manager who would like to join one of the UK's most well-respected property developers, this may be your role!

+ 5+ years' experience in internal fit out work in the BTR sector
+ SMSTS Certificate First aid certificate Scaffold appreciation or similar certificate
+ NVQ Level 4 or above is preferred
+ Demonstrable understanding of Health & Safety requirements on site
+ Good Communication skills
+ Problem solving skills
+ Good knowledge of building methods and regulations
