There will be a requirement across the team to work outside term times, which may include some early mornings. However, our priority is to attract a talented team, so we are open to having a conversation about location and working hours. A clean driving licence is advantageous as there will be some travel between our sites., This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement of the role.

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team of professional and dedicated staff as a Grade 4 Site Manager at Mayfield School. Education Impact Academy Trust (EIAT) is at a pivotal stage in our development and this role is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the future growth of our estate. EIAT is a thriving Multi Academy Trust (MAT) in North Birmingham incorporating Wilson Stuart School (including Bluesky Nursery), Mayfield School, Queensbury School, The Hive College and Lime Tree Nursery. We strive to share best practice and work in cohesive, collaborative and innovative ways. Our ethos is 'Better Never Ends'. The role at Mayfield School will play a fundamental part in current and future building site improvement projects, such as a significant fire safety project approved through the CIF bid process this academic year and the installation of solar panels in the near future.. As well as project management at site level, you will be responsible for improving the environments for our students and staff, as well as ongoing maintenance and compliance with all relevant legislation. You will be an integral part of a new Trust team, reporting to the Trust Estates and Environment Leader. This role will be primarily based at Mayfield School, B19 1HJ but there will be opportunities to work together as a Trust-wide team to find inventive solutions and to share ideas.
