Working across the Long Itchington Wood (Leamington Spa) & Bromford Tunnels sites (South of Birmingham city centre), shaping the future of transportation here in the UK. You'll be immersed in the buzz of activity, orchestrating seamless integration between MEP, construction, and Rail Interfaces.   • Overall responsibility for the successful completion of the section or works/overall project and to lead by example, managing the day to day delivery of construction project
  • Ensure all team members are fully inducted and carry out role specific requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Motivate team and manage performance, undertaking training/ coaching as appropriate
  • Draw up and monitor short term delivery programmes
  • Awareness of budget, cost control and cost recovery, ensuring that expenditure is in line with the contract budget, and that resources are utilised efficiently,
  • Make sure delivery is in line with all health and safety regulations.

    You will have the following:
  • Degree/HNC in construction or relevant sector
  • Hold a CSCS/SMSTS Card
  • Experience of working on a large Reinforced Concrete project
  • Experience of working on a major new build project (not domestic/residential)
  • Tier 1 experience would be beneficial not essential
