Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our clients team for an exciting residential development project in Worthing, West Sussex. This large-scale project involves the construction of 350 new-build homes for a leading main contracting house builder., Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain quality standards throughout the construction process
- Liaise with the Project Manager and other stakeholders

Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
- Experience working with a main or principal contractor
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- First Aid certification
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
- Strong leadership and communication skills
