Full Job Description
- Constant communication with colleagues and customers.
- Ensure a safe working environment and deliver TBT's.
- Customer relationship management.
- Timely management of material and plant resources required.
- Issue of daily near misses.
- Ownership of overall site safety.
- Deliver operations to Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Deliver project to programme and on time.
- Responsibility for sub-contractor and operative attendance.
- Proper recording and reporting of any site issues.
- Completion and uploading of all site paperwork.
- Aim for defect free delivery.
- Carry out own site audits.
- Be responsible for chasing outstanding information from external and internal customers.
We welcome applicants who are outcome driven and have excellent people skills. We are currently looking to recruit two experienced Site Managers on a Full Time basis who are based in the South of England. The Site Manager must have experience in shopfitting and be willing to travel. Business needs will dictate working hours, site opening times tend to be 7am - 7pm / 7.30am - 7.30pm Monday - Sunday, - People and resource management skills
