Full Job Description

As a Site Manager you will work closely with the business team. We pride ourselves on our excellent high standards and performance and are looking for an individual who will support this ethos.
The successful candidate will:
- Undertake a range of caretaking duties to the agreed quality standards, including security, cleaning, porterage and maintenance of the academy site and premises thereby ensuring a safe working environment.
- Manage the day to day Health and Safety of the site and monitor and record tests and activities as required.

Previous Maintenance and/or caretaking experience.
- Health and Safety regulations, NEBOSH general certificate or similar.
- Ability to work flexibly in terms of hours and location.
Desirable:
- Ability to work on your own initiative, set priorities and ensure work is planned and undertaken effectively
- Ability to solve problems within area of work/knowledge
- Arrange quotes, manage and supervise contractors working on site, ensuring all procedures are followed and documented appropriately.
