Site Manager

Due to recent progression, promotions, and increased order book within the business, our client now has an opportunity for a Site Manager to join their team. You will have operational responsibility for a various and interesting project across the Midlands, working on behalf of some of the UK's leading Tier 1 contractors.,

• Working in conjunction with the delivery team, ensuring accurate construction whilst maintaining quality and progress
• Provide sound advice, guidance and support to the project team throughout pre-construction and construction phases
• Promote the well-being of your teams and ensure that an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought, backgrounds and experience is actively encouraged and achieved
• Ensure safety on site for all staff members
• Work closely with the sub-contractors, Project Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure the project is running smoothly
  
  The ideal candidate will come from a roofing and/or cladding background with strong experience with flat roofing systems. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to progress their career.
• Strong and capable communicator at all levels
• Contractually excellent - JCT and NEC
• Understanding of contractual law
• Variety of project and sector knowledge
• Well networked with sub-contractors in the region
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, supply chains and team members
• Capable of delivering projects on time and to budget
