Full Job Description
RTL group are on the hunt for a Site Manager to work on a internal works fit out project in Central London for 4 months. My client is a roofing principal contractor who have decades of expereince in Bar, Restaurant, Hotel and even Hospital fit outs. Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
- Site supervision
- Health & safety management
- Supervising labour and staff
- Producing method statements and risk assessments
- Site cost/value control
- Programming
- Commercial reporting
- Client liaisonOrganizing plant & materials.
Must have 5 years minimum experience working on Internal fit out works projects. - Black/Gold CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- DBS ideally.
