  • Control, manage and deliver site based construction project work and/or assist Project Manager in the management and delivery of sections of a larger scale project or projects
  • Provide management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team and management of trade contractors and their integration to the project
  • Take ownership of tasks and communicating outcomes with clarity; experienced at
  • encouraging direct reports to do the same and managing a team to ensure tasks are carried out effectively and key messages cascaded
  • Make decisions following consideration of options based on best available
  • information.

  • HNC/BSC in construction would be beneficial
  • Experience of working on major project
  • Reinforced concrete experience is essential
  • SMSTS Card
  • Tier one experience would be desirable
