Site Operations Health & Safety Advisors

We're looking for multiple experienced Site Operations Health and Safety Advisors to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering key projects for Sizewell C. This role will involve health and safety support and advise to internal site operations, freight and logistic management, passenger transport safety, site infrastructure & Utilities, FM, accommodation, catering, health and security.

Site Operations Health & Safety Advisor - (Construction Focused)

In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Leads, and Tier 1 Contractor teams to ensure all health and safety requirements are met on-site. Your ability to engage with stakeholders, challenge practices constructively, and mitigate risks will ensure seamless delivery of construction projects.

You'll that the Principal Contractor and associated Tier 1 contractors are complying with their requirements under Construction (Design & Management) (CDM) Regulations. Working to support and promote health, safety and wellbeing during pre-planning and delivery stages to ensure the Sizewell C project expectations are fully embraced.

Site operations Health & Safety Advisor - (Service/Transport Focused)

Your background in transport or service environments will be key to ensuring compliance, managing residual risks, and supporting teams to maintain top-tier safety standards.

Background in construction (with CDM Regulation experience), OR a background transport or service environments.
Passion for health, safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
Experience leading investigations into accidents, incidents, and ill health.
Self-aware team player who leverages strengths effectively.
Recognized Health & Safety qualification.
Proven track record of delivering excellent safety results.
IOSH Membership and a valid CSCS Card.

Desirable
Previous experience in the nuclear industry.
Degree in Construction or Transport, Environment Studies or another relevant field.
