Full Job Description
Responsible for the development of people, processes and solutions for Enterprise Customer Account. Develops and deploys best in class products and services by working in conjunction with the innovation and product group and the OneSource organization supporting the delivery of world-class services. Implements and monitors standard service offerings and assists with the development of those standards and strategies across the OneSource accounts. Directs training, audits of supplier performance and compliance with government, safety, and OneSource guidelines/ requirements at the account. Represent OneSource at an account level, managing SLA's, KPI's and compliance requirements. Maintains relationships and facilitates regular communication with client, end users and vendors.,
- Active and positive member of the OneSource team, leading a Site Enterprise account and maintaining open lines of communication with client representatives, end users, other service partners, and OneSource global account team.
- Manages day to day activity of the OneSource Site Operations to ensure delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and developing, tracking and optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- Prepares OneSource account work stream budgets and manage program costs and savings to approved plan, proactively reporting variances and recovery plans. Identify and communicate opportunities for cost savings and increased scope.
- Ensures day-to-day and long-range activities for defined OneSource account scope are planned and that appropriate resources are available. Ensure that all programs and procedures of the OneSource staff are being properly implemented.
- Responsible for OneSource account personnel including hiring, promotions, recognition, discipline, and performance management.
- Together with the account leadership, establishes and coordinates goal setting, performance reviews and incentive/salary administrative processes for direct reports and possibly those reporting to direct reports. Ensures training records are maintained and up to date.
- Provides appropriate team skills analysis, training plans and tracking for Laboratory Instrument Services technicians / engineers and Laboratory Technical Services support technicians.
- Communicates operating philosophy, objectives and expectations to OneSource personnel in a continuing effort to build the site team.
- Ensures all in scope services follows appropriate client procedures and Government regulatory codes.
- Drives implementation of the OneSource Account quality program and manage / integrate the development of new or expanded services to the contract and quality manual.
- Supports OneSource and Client audits.
- Communicates formally and informally with customer's staff.
- Connects with the greater OneSource Communities of Practice.
- Responsible for identifying, sharing and implementing best practice, training and resources between sites, regions and accounts.
- Ensure that all activities being carried out on site are aligned to the MSA and SOW's, and any scope creep is escalated to customer and account leadership.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.
- Maintain training and compliance in areas of health and safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities in the working environment.
Experience managing budget in Laboratory and / or manufacturing Pharmaceutical environments. - Leadership, team building, strong organizational skills, project planning and management with a participatory management style.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and MS Office literacy required.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device industry products and services.
- Knowledge of FDA guideline interpretations, GMP, GLP and audit experience, Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or Chemistry
- Experience of working with, the Life Science industry supplier base including analytical instrument OEM's, service providers and consumables vendors.
- Experience in delivering and growing scientific services within a pharma and laboratory environment.
- Requires the ability to travel regularly within the region, and throughout the UK & Ireland where required. Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to develop and implement innovation and strategies across multiple sites.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience and accomplishment while operating in regulated environments
