Site Operative

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operatives at Rollestone Camp in Wiltshire. As the Site Operative you will be responsible for looking after the buildings on the camp by carrying out housekeeping and maintenance duties. Main Responsibilities To ensure that the Training Estate Facilities are fit for purpose Cleaning of the facilities and accommodation blocks General repair reporting and preventative maintenance Operation of cleaning equipment (training will be provided) Work in a diverse multi-tasking mobile team environment Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems Complete all relevant training on time Carry out any other additional requirements as and when needed and as directed by the Site Manager, Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential)

Understanding of Health and Safety and Safe Systems of Work General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge Excellent communication skills Flexible attitude towards tasks Ability to complete documentation Basic IT skills
