Full Job Description

Our site Receptionists represent our values to every person who comes into our business by welcoming visitors, handling queries, answering incoming calls, and managing emails professionally. You will:

  • Welcome and greet visitors
  • Operate the site switchboard (training will be provided), answering calls and referring any queries to the correct department
  • Answer and refer incoming queries, phone calls and emails professionally
  • Keep the reception area safe and welcoming
  • Maintain and issue visitor badges
  • Undertake other clerical responsibilities as assigned by your manager

    Excellent organisational skills and flexibility to changing demands
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A professional approach with an excellent telephone manner
  • To be a team player with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Previous reception/customer service experience would be desirable

    Please note, this is a part time permanent role, working 18 hours per week on Wednesday 12:00-16:30, Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00-14:00.
