Site Supervisor

As the Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the smooth operation of a designated site
• Ensure all site personnel carry out their designated tasks efficiently and effectively to enable the contract to be completed on time, with zero defects, within budget and with no risk to the Health & Safety of their operational team, the client or the general public
• Act as the customer service champion on site
• The ability to work on multiple workstreams
• Supervise site personnel (incl. sub-contractors)
• Supervise the site to ensure it complies with Legal and Statutory requirements
• Supervise the site to ensure it complies with Health, Safety and Welfare requirements.
• Support management in meeting the business needs
• Attend & control meetings with work colleagues and/or clients and customers when necessary
• Ensure appearances and actions are professional and reflect CLC Groups' company image
  
  To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience, and attributes:
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Joinery or other relevant trade, or equivalent level of competence obtained from on-the-job experience
• CSCS Card
• Proven experience working as a dedicated Supervisor on multiple sites
• Experience in working in social housing/health/high street sector
• Previous experience supervising directly employed and sub contractors
• Trade background experience
• Knowledge of Health and Safety on site
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to use own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to diagnose/problem solve
• Proactive
• Enthusiastic with personal drive
• Adaptable
