Full Job Description

We are seeking engineers with relevant site or construction supervision experience who are looking to grow their careers in exciting new ways. As an ECC Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our Client's construction projects. You will work on construction sites collaborating with clients, project managers, and contractors to test and inspect works for quality during the construction phase. You will also be responsible for monitoring health, safety and welfare on sites.

  • With a sound understanding of construction in the water sector (or other similar sectors), you will have:
  • A degree or equivalent site supervision / construction experience in civil or mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline. Ideally you will be a chartered engineer, or equivalent.
  • Up to date knowledge of current engineering standards and specifications
  • Good understanding of the CDM regulations, temporary works and the management of health and safety on site
  • Good understanding of NEC Contracts and specifically role of Supervisor under the ECC
  • Experience of working on construction sites , either as part of Contractor or Client team
  • Proactive with a keenness to help strengthen client relationships and contribute to the growth of our business alongside an ability to work well collaboratively with both internally and external partners and sub-contractors
