Full Job Description

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing yard based operations, maintaining stocks and organising the yard. Included in the role is the need to drive & deliver cylinders to customers and support day to day aspects administrative tasks within the office, ensuring inputs are progressed accurately within requisite time scales. ACCOUNTABILITES

  • Effectively supervising the site in accordance with business and legislative requirements
  • Supporting safe management accordance with the Safety Management system to meet compliance and driving a safety culture
  • Adhering with transport compliance, including vehicle maintenance, driver's hours and tachograph regulations in addition to working time directive regulations
  • Compliance of company processes and procedures relating to stocks, financial controls within the operating system (CODAS)
  • Complying to Flogas operating procedures and works instructions
  • Supervision of Yard Hands
  • Opening and closing of the site on a rotation basis
  • Professional and positive approach to drive effective team working
  • Act as emergency controller for holiday and sickness cover
  • Handling of LPG cylinders, including occasional driving and delivering cylinders to maintain service levels
  • Supporting and supervising vehicle loading
  • Keep site stocks in line with business demands Experience of working in a high paced environment

    Hold of a full driving licence.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work additional hours (including some weekend working)
