Site Surveyor

Here at Wates, we have an opportunity for an experienced Site Surveyor to join our Living Space division in the Wolverhampton area on a very exciting project overseeing planned refurbishment to medium rise blocks flats comprising, Roofing & RWG's, Replacement UPVC windows, External Wall Insulation, Door Entry Systems, External Drainage, Hard Landscaping etc

You will join a team of experienced surveyors working on some fantastic projects whilst working alongside our existing social housing partners.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working with a Commercial Team in a similar field ideally social housing and be degree qualified.

You will need to have a good work ethic and should be able to work under a Project Surveyor and within a team of Surveyors of different levels of knowledge.

Client interaction is a major part of the Contract so you should be able to liaise with Clients and have the personal skills that would endear the Client team.
