Full Job Description

System Installation - Assisting in the preparation and installation of Aerobarrier systems in residential and commercial settings, helping to set up equipment and preparing construction sites.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting - Conducting routine maintenance and basic inspections of equipment and learning to identify and resolve common issues with Aerobarrier systems under supervision.

Customer Interaction - Communicating effectively with clients to explain system basics and address any questions and providing courteous and professional service to ensure client satisfaction.

Safety & Compliance - Adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations while on job sites and using any personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices.

Travel - Opportunity to travel to various sites around the UK, which may require working away from home up to three nights a week, four operational days per week, with one day (typically Friday) for maintenance and preparation at HQ.

We are now looking for a motivated Site Technician to join our ambitious team. The role involves the installation of out multi award winning ai sealing system, as well as the basic maintenance of Aerobarrier equipment, on construction sites across the UK.

Whilst prior experience in construction is helpful, we are open to candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to high-quality service. This position requires travel and overnight stays away from home up to three nights a week, working on various scales of construction sites., Previous experience in construction, 2 years + would be ideal but this is not a requirement.

- An enthusiasm for learning new skills and technologies.

- Experience with, or an interest in air testing or air tightness products installation (membranes and tapes)

- A basic understanding of construction principles and materials with the ability to follow technical instructions.

- Good communication skills and customer focused attitude

- Air testing certifications would be ideal.

- GSCE in Maths

- Full UK Driving License

- CSCS Card

Please note, you should be able to safely to lift and carry equipment and materials and be comfortable working in various construction environments and weather conditions.

Salary: Rate of £13 per hr (plus tax-free overnight allowance of £25 per night when working away)
