If so, our SITS training officer role in Student Records could be for you.

Summary of the role

As a key member of the Student Records team on the Streatham campus, you'll work to train new and existing staff on the student record system (SITS) aswell as reviewing and improving systems and processes. In this unique role you will collaborate with all Education Support team - supporting both standard and non-standard programmes to ensure the accurate management of student record data.

This role forms a vital part of our support services, including delivering face-to-face training for staff, as such, the role holder will be expected to work from campus for approximately two days per week, which will need to be flexible according to the on-campus training/demands. This role holder will also be required to travel to the Penryn campus on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver a comprehensive cross platform training programme for new and existing staff on the SITS student records system.
Develop and manage training materials.
Review and develop existing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
Act as a source of advice and expertise on correct data management and SITS utilisation.

We are looking for dynamic and committed individuals with:

An excellent knowledge of Higher Education administration systems and processes.
The ability to design and deliver engaging training for staff of varying knowledge and experience.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Experience of Education Support systems including SITS., Disability Confident
