Full Job Description

Guinness Property are expanding our team in the South West and have a new opportunity for a Skilled Labourer to join our Repairs & Empty Homes Team covering Guinness homes in the Bristol and surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent vacancy, working 39 hours per week., We're a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You'll not only be an experienced Labourer but you'll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to provide a high-quality service in compliance with relevant procedures and legislation.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can:

Deal with damp and mould treatments in occupied properties
Working to assist the re-let of properties.
Property clearance
Garden clearance
Basic ground maintenance
Assisting other members of the trades team as required
Clean and clearance of empty homes
Work in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets
Work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information
Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines
Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.

  • Your Welcome Bonus is payable in 2 parts. £500 is paid in your first month's salary and £500 is paid when you pass your probation.
