Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Skilled Labourer to join our Guinness Property Empty Homes team. This is a permanent full-time role covering Crewe to Chester and the surrounding areas in-between, working 39 hours per week Mon- Thurs 8:00-16:30 and 8:00-15:30 Friday. This Skilled Labourer position will assist qualified trades personnel and carry out remedial works to a high quality, ensuring that a customer focused maintenance repairs service is delivered. A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is essential. This position will require a basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.

  • Salary £26,565 per annum + £1,000 welcome bonus

  • We are looking for a motivated individual who can
  • Carry out minor remedial building works to a competent standard such as (but not limited to) groundworks and decoration.
  • Work in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets.
  • Work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
  • Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Operate safely having considered any environmental circumstances and possible risks including working at height(s).
  • Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.
