Skilled Maintenance Operative

As a Maintenance Operative at Evolve, you will play a crucial role as part of the team maintaining our properties to the highest standards. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

• Reactive Maintenance: Promptly responding to and resolving maintenance issues.
• Planned Preventative Maintenance: Conducting regular maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
• Refurbishments: Carrying out refurbishment projects to improve our properties.
• Customer Service: Interacting with residents and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Health and Safety: Adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.,
• Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and tiling.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  
  Experience in property maintenance.
• Strong practical skills, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical and painting.
• Possess a good understanding of health and safety regulations and be committed to working in a safe manner.
• The ability to identify and solve problems independently and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Good basic IT skills.
• A valid UK driving license.
