Skilled Operational Partner

At a glance: Location: South Central CDH (Customer Delivery Hub) Position: Permanent Hours: Full time hours of work (37.5 hours per week), working Tuesday to Saturday from 05:00 - 10:00. Please note that this role involves heavy lifting. About the role: As Partners - members of the Partnership - it's our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. We proactively seek out opportunities to continuously improve the way we work, taking action to ensure the Partnership is efficient and we are all as productive as possible. It's an ethos each and every Partner works by and you'll carry into your own role too. You will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse is supporting all the Partnership channels by managing stock coming in to and being sent out of the warehouse. Duties will include: Unloading and loading stock, Accurately recording deliveries into the warehouse, Moving stock around the warehouse and Collecting stock for deliveries. Job Requirements: Applicants should have the

ability to deliver excellent customer service and strive for excellence in all they do. The role requires a flexible approach; there will be times when you will be supporting the selling floor and other areas of the branch to meet the business needs. Desirable experience skills and qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse role involving the movement of caged stock and manual handling would be an advantage, as would working in a retail environment.
